EVOL : Refactored coreurl building routine into a full fledged static class to have a better abstraction of URL handling wether the application is running behind a proxy or not.

FIX: Better algorythm to build the core URL

Allows for a more flexible functionning behind a proxy : the base URL of the application can be pass to backend servers with the X-Base-Url header.
